The Sutherland Shire Junior Cricket Association is established to encourage and promote the game of cricket for all players in the Sutherland Shire.

Junior cricket is grass roots cricket. The evidence is before our eyes in this website. This Shire has seen players start their careers and grow in stature as they progressed. In a small number of cases they have excelled to the point of playing for Australia and we share their efforts with pride knowing that along the way we have been a participant in their advancement.

But those who have not gone as far have done equally as well because they played the game.
